AR Real Estate Solutions, Inc. was established in 2007 by the sole proprietor, Angela Russo. Angela started her career as a lessor of residential real estate in 2004 with her first property in New York City in the borough of Queens. In 2007, as the economy of Detroit, MI continued its decline, Angela began investing in single-family homes in the Detroit suburban area. During this time, many good families were losing their jobs and homes and needed a new home to house their family as the families resumed new employment and began to re-establish their lives. With the hesitation of lenders to allow these good families to re-purchase a home, Angela recognized an opportunity to help these families get back into a nice home where they could put their past behind them and resume their lives raising their families in a nice community.
In 2009, Angela expanded her business by offering Property Management services to clients of homes interested in renting out their properties to good families. This was a great opportunity for her to expand the offering of homes available to prospective lessees and is a rewarding way to help her clients operate their homes as a rental property without the need to worry about finding the tenant, landlord-tenant matters, or maintenance of their home.
Today Angela has close to two dozen single-family homes either owned by herself or under management contract with one of her clients, which are available for rent throughout the Southwest Detroit suburbs. Angela has establised relationships with local trades throughout the area who are committed to providing regular services to her homes as needed. These include a regular maintenance technician, HVAC specialist, electrician, plumber, realtor, etc. This team allows her to support her clients and her lessees to the fullest extent to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
